Welcome to Bodrum (“we,” “our,” “us”). This Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to the purchase of products from our online home and apparel retail store operated through WIX. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by this policy.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

  • Shipping fees, if any, are displayed at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

  • We have a 30-day exchange and 7-day return policy after delivery.

  • To inquire about an exchange or return, please contact us by email at info@bodrumbazar.com.

  • Items bought at our physical store location are not eligible for return.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you are shipping items that exceed the shipping carrier’s insurance coverage, we suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

REFUNDS

 

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us and initiate returning your item within 7 days following delivery. Your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

 

  • If the item you ordered and received was defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days after delivery, and we will work with you to replace it at no cost to you or offer a refund.

  • Once your returned item is received, we will email you to let you know that we have received it. Provided your return meets the terms of this policy, a refund will be issued by way of credit to your original method of payment.
